With an outdoor entertainment area and in a quiet subdivision this home is the perfect place to get away to for your next vacation.

This home comes with a parking pass for river access. It is about a 100 yard walk from parking to Seven Bluff Crossing. You can drop your stuff by the river and then go park.

  House is very spacious and has an open layout which you can see kitchen, dinning room and living room makes it easy to hold a conversation. Rooms have great amount of space for the amount of beds per room. House has always been clean when we receive it for the years we have gone. Best part of it was easy communication with the rental people when we had any questions or concerns. Pool is a huge plus.

  Our family of 17 enjoyed an extended getaway at Casa Roja. The outdoor area was everyone's favorite. The kids stayed in the pool while the adults sat under the ceiling fans and visited. The house lay out was perfect for multiple families and varying ages of children. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having the pantry to store all the food for our stay. It was a quiet subdivision and we enjoyed taking a walk in the evenings. Lots of wildlife to see. Rental manager was great a quickly communicating with us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Our only wish is that the house came with river access. It was an added expense to pay for our group of 17 to spend time at the river. Thank you for hosting our family!
